TheShop Manager will be accountable for driving profitable business results andoperational excellence through the training of Sales Team, Clienteling,management of stock and scheduling, and maintaining corporate standards of shopimage and customer service. Must possess the ability to:
To exceed target sales (implementing sales guidelines).
To maximize selling by way of optimal client service.
To maximize the rotation of stocks between the storeroom and the store.
Assembly and coordination of the product in accordance with the highlighted guidelines.
Maintenance of standards and aesthetic of the store interior.
Assembly of window displays.
Training and supervision of the staff in this area.
Logistics,Management of Stock and Cash
Control of the management sales systems - procedures
Training of personnel in these areas
Sending of documents and updated management of the same
Management of shipments, returns and holds
Follow established cash policy and manage cash deposits
Assess, hire, develop, inspire, and build a cohesive team that works together on achieving the goals of the shop
Maximize sales potential by continually training the Sales Team on the Corporate Selling Experience
Ensure store is properly staffed
Collaborate with Corporate Merchandising team to deliver the strategic vision
Conduct performance management evaluations of the Sales Team to nurture development and success
Analyze the business, create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities
Maintain Corporate policies and procedures, completing Reports on-time
Ensure loss prevention and safety policies and practices are being followed
Ensure team communication
