Security is located in the Food Court, Lower Level, Jcpenney Wing.

A Guest Service representative may be reached in person or by phone at 718-592-4039 from 10 a.m.- 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. on Sundays.

Security Dispatch can be reached 24 hours at 718-271-0600.
