Position: Part Time Keyholder
Hours: 15-25 hours per week.
- Servicing customers according to Beeline Customer Service standards by greeting, establishing needs, adding on additional merchandise and closing the sale.
- Responsible for opening/closing the store, follow company bank procedures and store operations in the absence of store manager.
- Must have strong visual merchandising experience and skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Coaching employees by providing feedback to improve performance.
- Stock Level Management
- Driving sales and maximizing turnover
Must have previous Key-Holder experience and open availability.
